Rhys Sachett | Co-Founder & Operations Director
The Operational Architect: A London-born entrepreneur with a history of building and scaling multiple international businesses, Rhys provides the structural engine for the firm's global reach. As Operations Director, he manages the technical and logistical complexities of operating across three distinct time zones and jurisdictions. But Rhys's remit extends far beyond operations — he works directly with the firm's headhunters to identify key areas of opportunity within their regions and the businesses they operate in, while driving business development, maximising revenue, and building the training infrastructure that ensures consistent performance across every market. His role is to ensure that the "R & B Global Standard" of execution is delivered with precision, whether the client is in New York, London, or the Emirates.

The establishment of our UAE Headquarters is the launchpad for an aggressive two-year expansion phase. As we move through 2026, our primary focus is the integration of proprietary technology within our Global Search ecosystem. We are moving beyond traditional consultancy by developing advanced technical capabilities that will allow R & B Global to connect elite legal and professional talent with global firms at a speed and precision level previously unseen in the UK and US markets.
